Heidelberg Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania
This Indenture Made the eleventh day of April
in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety four: Between Jacob Kinsley of Heidelberg Township in the County of
Dauphin and Common Wealth of Pennsylvania Yeoman and Rebecca his wife of the one Part, And Joseph Hochstedler of Heidelberg Township in the
County of Berks Yeoman of the other Part, Witnesseth that the said Jacob Kinsley and Rebecca his wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of Nine
hundred Pounds in real specie of Gold or Silver money of Pennsylvania to them in Hand well and trully paid by the said Joseph Hochstedler at and before
the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt and Payment Whereof he the said Jacob Kinsley doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of
every part and parcel acquit and for ever Discharge the said Joseph Hochstedler his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents, Have
granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed by these Presents. So grant bargain full Alien release enfoeff and Confirm
unto the said Joseph Hochstetler his Heirs and Assigns, All that main Piece or Tract of Land Situate, lying and being in Heidelberg Township in the County
of Dauphin aforesaid bounded and described as follows (To wit) Beginning at White Oak thence by Land of Ulrich Springer south thirty four
Degrees West forty Perches to a stone thence by Vacant Land South Forty Degrees East one Hundred and five perches to a Black Oak thence by the same North
fifty Degrees East forty four perches to a Black Oak thence North Seventy nine Degrees East forty five perches to a Black Oak thence South Eighty Degrees
East Sixty eight perches to a Black Oak thence North Eighty eight Degrees East one Hundred and ten Perches to a post thence by Land of Christopher
Liefs North ten Degrees West fifty four perches to a post thence b y the same North Eighty Degrees East Sixty six perches to a post thence by the same
South eighty eight Degrees East Seventy six perches and a half to a post thence by Land of Christian Lutz North twenty Degrees West fifty four perches
To a Black Oak thence South eighty Degrees West one hundred and one perches to a stone thence North West sixty perches to a Black Oak thence South
Eighty Degrees West one hundred and forty six perches to a Black Oak Sapling thence South ten Degrees East Eighteen perches and a half of a perch to
a Post thence by Vacant Land South Seventy five Degrees West Ninety eight perches to a Black Oak thence North Sixty Seven Degrees West thirty seven
perches to the Place of Beginning, About Two hundred and Twenty five Acres and Allowances of six Acres lent for Roads and Highways. [It being
the same piece or Tract of land which Jacob Kinsley Senior by his Main Indenture bearing Date the thirtieth Day of July in the Year of Our Lord One thousand
Seven hundred and Eighty five for the Consideration therein mentioned did grant and confirm unto the said Jacob Kinsley (party hereto) his Heirs and
Assigns forever. As in and by the said Deed Relation being had will morefully at large arrear] Together also with all and Singular the Buildings
Thereon Erected and Built, Ways Woods Waters and Watercourses Rights Liberties Privileges Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto
Belonging or in any wide Appertaining and the Reversions and Remaninders Rent Issues and Profits thereof. And all the Estate Right Title Inderest
Property Possession Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Jacob Kinsley and Rebecca his wife both at law and in Equity or otherwise
Howsoever of in and to the same. To Have and to Hold the said above described Tract or Piece of Two hundred and Twenty five Acres and
Allowances as aforesaid Hereditaments and Premises hereby granted and Released, or mentioned or intended so to be with the Appurtenances unto the said
Joseph Hochstedler his heirs and Assigns to the only Proper Use Benefit and Behoof of him the said Joseph Hochstedler his Heirs and Assigns for
Ever, Under and Subject to the Yearly Quit Rent (if any) now due and hereafter to become due and Payable for the hereby granted Premises to
the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee thereof And the said Jacob Kinsley doth Covenant Grant and Agree for himself his Heirs Executors and
Administrators to and with the said Joseph Hochstedler his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents that he the said Jacob Kinsley and his
Heirs the said above described Tract or Piece of Two hundred and Twenty five Acres of Land and Allowances as aforesaid Hereditaments and Premises
hereby granted and released with the appurtenances unto the said Joseph Hochstedler and Heirs and Assigns, Agains him the said Jacob Kinsley and his
the said Rebecca his Wife and his Heirs and Against all and every other Person and Persons whomsoever Lawfully Claiming the same or any part
thereof by from or under him them or any of them Shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents. In Witness whereof
and Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably Set their Hands and Seals Dated the day and Year first above written..

Be it remembered that on the Twenty first day of April A.D. 1794 Before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace in and for the County of
Dauphin aforesaid Came the above Named Jacob Kinsley and Rebecca his Wife, and acknowledged the above written Indenture to be their Act and Deed, and desired that the same might be recorded as such according to the Law. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this day and year aforesaid.
