Stone Storgage for John's Little House
Took stone from the rear wall. This wall damaged by tornado when house was lifted off the foundation. Other walls were mortared in during the '92 repair work and were not affected.
Moved the stone to the field across Rt 40 south of the restaurant. The bridge behind is I-68
Rear wall after removal of stone to grade. Doesn't look like any great quantity, but seems like we moved a lot of stone. Added this pic 7/27/00
One of 2 piles of stone in the field. Moved the remainder of the stone on 7/3-7/4. Hope to have enough stone....need 152 sf for fdn. Probably have 4 to 5 tons.
